| RESERVATIONS, DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT |
| After a reservation has been made, a confirmation
and preliminary information will be issued by Pacific
Bestours / Asia Pacific Vision LLC (hereafter called PB). The following deposit
policy will apply: |

| All deposits are due within 14 days of the
reservation date. Failure to meet the deposit requirement
will result in release of reservation. Final payment must
be received by PB 60 days before the commencement of the

| CANCELLATIONS |
| Full refund, less
US$200.00 administrative fee
per person for any cancellations received in writing up to
60 days prior to departure. Thereafter the following
cancellation charges will apply: |

| CHANGE AND LATE BOOKING FEE |
A
late booking fee of US$100.00 per person will apply to
bookings received within 30 days prior to departure date
of the tour.
A fee of US$100.00 per change plus air ticket change fee imposed by the
airlines will apply to any changes made after the booking
has been confirmed and a deposit has been received.

| REFUNDS |
All
claims for refunds must be made through the agent from
whom the tour has been purchased within 30 days after
termination of the tour. The claim must be accompanied by
a statement from the Tour Manager or local PB
representative certifying exactly the services not
rendered.
Voluntary
non-usage of hotel accommodations, tour features or
services are not refundable or exchangeable for other
accommodations, services or tour features. Refunds will
not be made for complimentary accommodations and services
provided by the airline. (See TOKYO OR OSAKA INVOLUNTARY STOPOVERS).
Refunds
will not be made if passengers change hotels and/or
services en-route.
Travel Insurance and Visa handling fee is nonrefundable.

| TOUR PRICE |
Tour price includes land arrangement and air transportation
costs as a package. Tour price is quoted in U.S. dollars
and based on tariffs and rates of exchange between U.S.
dollars and foreign currencies in effect from time to
time. Air transportation is via selected Airlines.
All prices are subject to change without notice. United States
departure, airport taxes and Customs fees in effect at
time of ticketing and all foreign airport taxes are not
included.
All additional expenses including hotel accommodations, meals and transportation caused by sickness, weather,
strikes, wars, civil disturbance, quarantines, alterations
in ship, air or railroad services or by any other factor
beyond PB's control are the responsibility of the
passengers and will be collected on the spot.

| LAND ARRANGEMENTS |
| Cost of land arrangements is based on two persons
sharing a twin-bedded room. The single supplement room
rate covers all cities on the tour except any involuntary
overnight provided by the airlines. PB reserves the right
to modify the tour itinerary or eliminate some group meals
and activities for tours with less than 15 participants

| AIR TRANSPORTATION |
Air transportation is via Cathay Pacific Airways, Japan
Airlines, Northwest Airlines, Korean Air, Air China, All Nippon Airlines, United
Airlines, all other transpacific air carriers. Fares used for the tours are based on valid
published fares and their respective fare rules applicable
to the tour program in effect December 2008. All fares and fare rules are subject to change by
the airline. Any fare increase resulted from such changes
will be added to the tour price and be borne by the
passenger.
Air transportation within China is provided by the domestic
Chinese carriers. Air fares are subject to change and any
increase in fare will be added to the tour price and be
borne by the passenger.
The airlines concerned are not held responsible for any act, or event
during the time the passengers are not on board their
planes or conveyances. The passenger's contract is between the airline and
the passenger. Any and/or all transportation companies herein mentioned shall
have or incur no responsibility for liability to any
travel aside from their liability as common carrier.

| HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS |
| Deluxe or First Class hotels with private bath as
specified in the itinerary will be used. Right is reserved
to substitute hotels for those specified in the itinerary
whenever necessary. All hotel accommodations are on the
basis of two persons sharing a twin-bedded room. |

| YANGTZE RIVER CRUISE |
| Yangtze River cruise inside China is via
"VICTORIA CRUISES", "VIKING CRUISES",
and "PRESIDENT CRUISES", and "YANGTZE EXPLORER" cruise boats. In the event that an assigned cruise boat is not available due to
reasons beyond PB's control, PB reserves the right to
substitute it with any other boat that is available. |

| MEALS |
| As specified in the itinerary. Voluntary
non-usage of meal coupons are non refundable and non
exchangeable. |

| TOKYO OR OSAKA INVOLUNTARY STOPOVERS |
(Japan Airlines and All Nippon Airlines only)
All outbound and inbound overnight accommodations at Narita or Kansai
Airport Hotel prior to entry into and return from China
and other cities are provided by the airlines due to
flight schedule requirement. Any changes or deviations
from the specified itinerary of the tour made voluntarily by the passenger will result
in the passenger providing this stay in Tokyo at his own
expense. Airport departure tax of Yen 3000 is not included. |

| TRANSFERS AND SIGHTSEEING |
All
transfers and sightseeing are by motorcoach, car or other
conveyance. Transfers to and from airports and hotels will
be provided only for tour members utilizing the airspace
reserved for the group. Sightseeing tours are as described
in the tour itineraries. Inside China, sightseeing is
restricted to the sightseeing points covered by the tour
package price charged by Tour Operators in China.
Additional sightseeing points not normally covered in the
tour package price will incur extra charges on the spot.
PB reserves the right to assign individual passengers
departing from non-designated gateways, and groups falling
below the minimum requirement of 15 passengers, a seat on
transportation not necessarily used for the sole purpose
of PB.
Passengers must provide their own transfers to and from the specified
hotel when arriving and/or departing on flights other than
the ones specified by PB for the specific itinerary. |

| TIPS AND TAXES |
| Hotel taxes are included in the land cost.
Airport departure taxes, China domestic airport taxes and
any additional city development/construction fees imposed
by the local government are not included in the tour price
and will be collected from each participant before
departure at each airport. Tips to restaurant and hotel
waiters, chambermaids and porters are not included. The
customary end-of-the-tour gratuity to tour managers and
tips to local guides and drivers are not included. |

| TOUR PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE |
| Meals not specified in the itinerary, optional
tours, airport taxes, charges for passports, visas,
expenses on the United States mainland, laundry, liquor,
excess baggage charges, usage of telephones, personal,
health or baggage insurance, items of a personal nature
and any items not specifically listed as included. |

| IMPORTANT NOTICE |
Pacific
Bestours reserves the right to cancel any tour when the
number of participants falls below ten people, a minimum
group requirement. The right is reserved to decline
acceptance or retention of any person as a tour
participant whose health condition makes him/her
physically unfit for long trips due to mental illness,
heart disease, serious chronic or contagious illness,
physical handicaps, pregnancy, senility or infirmity.
A refund of all payments or unused land payments will constitute the
maximum limit of Pacific Bestours' liability. |

| RESPONSIBILITIES: |
PACIFIC
BESTOURS – A division of Asia Pacific Vision LLC.
(herein after called PB) and its divisions and affiliates
are acting as agents for the relevant supplier in securing
hotels, transportation and other travel services and in no
event shall PB be liable for failure by any such supplier
to render any transportation, lodging or other travel
service to be provided on the tour. Passenger agrees that
PB assumes no liability for injury, death, damages, loss,
accident delay or irregularity that may occur by reason of
any negligent or willful act or omission of any suppliers
of service. PB does not own or operate any of the
suppliers of services to your tour. Similarly, without
limiting the foregoing reasons, passenger agrees to hold
PB harmless for any defect in any vehicle, plane, boat,
bus, car, van or other vehicle, act of war or
insurrection, terrorist activity, revolt or other civil
uprising, military action, strikes or labor unrest or any
Act of God or for any other act of any third party. PB
does not accept responsibility for losses or additional
expenses due to delay or changes in air schedules, hotel
over-bookings or other hotel related problems or other
causes. All such losses or expenses will be the
responsibility of the passenger. The right is reserved to
make adjustments to the itinerary as deemed desirable to
PB and the right is reserved to cancel any tour prior to
departure. PB may not be held responsible for any loss or
damage to luggage during the tour program. The acceptance
of final documents, vouchers, or tickets shall be deemed
to be consent to the above conditions. Prices are based on
tariffs in effect as of December 01, 2008 and are subject
to adjustment without notice in the event of any change or
currency fluctuation.
Any controversy or claim of any kind arising out of or
relating to this contract, this brochure, or your trip
shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration
administered by the American Arbitration Association in
Somerset, New Jersey in accordance with the American
Arbitration Association procedures then in existence.
It is agreed by and between Passenger and Operator that all
disputes and matters whatsoever arising under, or in
connection with incident to the responsibilities of PB
shall be litigated in an before a court located in the
State of New Jersey, County of Bergen U.S.A. to the
exclusion of the courts of any other state or country. New Jersey law will be applicable to any disputes,
which arise out of your trip.
