Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Depart Hometown
Depart the U.S. on your odyssey to Asia aboard your selected airline to China.
Day 2: Arrive Beijing, China
Transfer to your luxury hotel amidst the treasures in the center of China’s capital.
Day 3: Beijing – Meals: (B,L)
Walk in the steps of ancient emperors today as you tour the powerful Forbidden City, hidden from public view for over 500 years; and the masterpiece Temple of Heaven, the embodiment of grace and harmony. Enjoy glorious aerial views during lunch at the fine revolving restaurant, before continuing to the outstanding Summer Palace, now a favorite recreational spot for locals. The pomp and grandeur of imperial China lives on in these historic landmarks so integral to the nation’s soul.
Day 4: Beijing – Meals: (B,L,SD)
Take in the dramatic sight of the Great Wall, ascending to the horizon through the rugged hills of China’s northern frontier. Continue to the ornate and ghostly Ming Tombs before returning to the city for an imperial-style dinner of Peking Duck.
Day 5: Beijing/Bangkok – Meals: (B)
Your exploration of the capital continues with a pedicab tour of the pre-Revolutionary Hutong neighborhoods of Old Beijing.

The delicate spires of temple rooftops, and a crisscrossing network of canals and rivers come into view as you fly into Bangkok, capital of the Royal Kingdom of Thailand. Despite the growth of the city, it still retains the majestic mystique of the East with its four hundred multi-colored temples, and slow-moving sampans on the Chao Phraya River. Transfer on arrival to your accommodations in one of the city's world-class hotels.
Day 6: Bangkok – Meals: (B)
A morning tour will focus on Bangkok's great showplace, the Grand Palace. Stroll its sprawling courtyards packed with colorful tapered funerary chedies; visit the reception rooms of the royal residence, a gem of classic Thai architecture. Look for the western influences of the Chakri Palace, which houses a spectacular mother-of-pearl throne. View the former royal residence, now used for coronations and state ceremonies. Return to your hotel mid-day.
Day 7: Bangkok – Meals: (B)
Enjoy a full day at leisure to shop for silks, gems, and high fashions along Bangkok's stylish boulevards; enjoy a canal cruise and floating market tour; sightsee at the beautiful wats; or simply relax and enjoy the amenities of your hotel. Day 8: Bangkok/Siem Reap-Cambodia – Meals: (B)
Today fly to Siem Reap. Since the United Nations sponsored elections in May 1993, Cambodia has opened its doors to foreign visitors. The demise of the Khmer Rouge in recent years has led accessible today than at any time in the past 30 years.
Day 9: Siem Reap – Meals: (B)

Your full-day sightseeing begins at Cu Chi Tunnels, Cu Chi was an important base during the American War, because of its strategic location. The Vietcong built a 200km long network of tunnels connecting command posts, hospitals, shelter and weapon factories. Dug out of hard laterite by hand tools without the use of cement, This amazing network was never discovered. Follow by a visit to Cholon – Chinatown, Notre Dame Cathedral, Central Post Office, City Hall, War Remnants Museum – collections of weapons and photographs from two Indochina wars are exhibited, Thien Hau Pagoda and Binh Tay Market – Chonon’s main marketplace.
Day 12: Saigon/Mekong Delta/Saigon – Meals: (B)
Full day excursion to My Tho, capital of Tien Giang Province with boat trip on the Mekong. Cruise along the southernmost region of Vietnam the Mekong Delta. The area is known as Vietnam's 'bread basket' and produces the rice, which feeds the entire country. Visit one or two of the islands with traditional handcrafts, bee farms and coconut candy production.
Day 13: Saigon/Hong Kong – Meals: (B)
Early morning flight will take you to nearby Hong Kong. Now a special administrative zone of China, this former British colony remains as vibrant and forward-looking as ever.
Day 14: Hong Kong – Meals: (B)
This morning, explore Hong Kong’s unique blend of Chinese heritage and colonial influences. Travel to one of its newest attractions, the distinctive Peak Tower Complex, with its array of shops, restaurants, and viewing decks for taking in the superb panoramas. Continue around the island to scenic Repulse Bay, the floating community of Aberdeen, and the shopping mecca of Stanley. The afternoon is at leisure. (join in tour)
Day 15: Hong Kong/Hometown – Meals: (B)
Bid farewell to China as you transfer to the new international airport and depart on your selected airline to the United States.
